Before Opening a Ticket.

We are always here to help you build amazing website for you and your customers using our WordPress themes and plugins It’s Highly recommended to go through the entire theme/plugin documentation while building your first website using it to give you better idea about what you can do using our products.

Open a New Ticket.

If you need assistance please don’t hesitate to open a support ticket and we will be glad to help you. Please make sure that you have active support for your product license. In case your included support is expired please to renew it before opening a ticket.

Support SLA.

We are available from Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM GMT. Our weekend is Friday and Saturday. We regularly respond to tickets within one business day from the time submitted. During weekends and public holidays we keep an eye on the tickets as much as we can and we do our best to respond to urgent tickets, however it’s not guaranteed to respond to you the same day but for sure you will get a response within 2 business days.
